CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

A practical route to your branded equipment.

Guangzhou Lester Medical Aesthetics Technology Co., Ltd. discusses OEM and ODM requirements around equipment selection, branding, functions and packaging.

Brand an existing model

Start with a selected product and review the branding options available for that model. Define the logo artwork, interface assets and packaging requirements you want assessed.

Review configuration changes

Share the functions, accessories or operating requirements your project needs. Confirm technical feasibility and the exact version before including changes in an order.

Develop a wider brief

For a broader ODM discussion, describe the intended equipment, audience and market requirements. Scope, development work, sample arrangements and costs require project review.

PROJECT PLANNING

Agree on the details before production.

Use these stages to define the project and the approvals it needs. The final process and schedule are set in your project agreement. Keep the approved artwork, interface scope and packaging proof attached to the same model and order version.

  1. 01

    Project brief

Share your business, destination market, product interest, estimated quantity and customization objectives. Include reference materials where available.

  2. 02

    Scope & quotation

Review the selected model, technical feasibility, configuration and commercial terms. Identify any development work or additional costs that need a separate agreement.

  3. 03

    Sample & artwork review

Discuss whether a sample is needed and available. Agree on artwork proofs, interface review and the acceptance criteria for customized items.

  4. 04

    Order confirmation

Confirm the approved configuration, packaging, quantity, lead time, payment and shipping terms. Record the approved files and version references in the order.

  5. 05

    Handover & support

Agree on the documents, instructions, accessories and after-sales arrangements included with your equipment. Keep the final model and order details for future support.

PREPARE YOUR BRIEF

Six details that help us evaluate your project.

You do not need a finished technical specification to begin. Share what you know and identify the decisions you still need help with.

  • Business & destination

Your business type, customer group and destination country or region.

  • Equipment & model

The product category, model or equipment format you want to evaluate.

  • Brand & visual references

Logo files, brand guidelines, interface references and preferred packaging direction.

  • Quantity & sample needs

Estimated order quantity and whether you need a sample for evaluation.

  • Configuration & documents

Functions, accessories, electrical requirements, languages and the documents your market requires.

  • Timing & delivery

Your preferred schedule and destination, with any launch or delivery constraints.

EQUIPMENT & WORKSHOP

Look beyond the logo.

A branded project also needs an agreed equipment configuration, supporting materials and an approval process. Ask for review materials relevant to your selected model.

USEFUL TO KNOW

OEM & ODM questions

Practical answers for planning your equipment project.

Is there a fixed minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the model, customization scope and packaging requirements. Share your estimated quantity so the applicable terms can be included in your quotation.

Can every model use the same customization options?

No. Customization is model-specific. QM-300DG has recorded screen logo, interface, program and packaging options; other models require a separate scope review.

Can we order a sample first?

Ask about sample availability, configuration, cost and delivery for the selected model. For customized samples, agree on the scope and approval requirements before proceeding.

Can you provide documents for our market?

Tell us the exact model, configuration and destination market. Request the available complete documents and confirm their scope and applicability; a historical report for one model does not cover the whole range.

How are lead time and after-sales support agreed?

Confirm the production schedule, delivery terms, warranty coverage, maintenance procedure and parts arrangements in the quotation and order documents.

What should we send for an initial quotation?

Share your equipment interest, destination country, business type and estimated quantity. Add branding references, configuration requests and timing requirements where available.
